Join us for Cameraless Film-making at Butler Gallery this Cruinniú na nÓg, Saturday 7th June!Discover the magic of cameraless film-making, in free hands-on workshops with artists Juana Robles and Michael Higgins. Working directly on 16mm film, participants will explore cameraless film-making techniques; scratching, painting, splicing and re-purposing old film stock, to create visual experiments.Sustainable methods will be used in recycling and re-purposing old film stock, teaching children visual awareness, an understanding of analogue film and the mechanics of image-making.
