[Other] Gather together for an evening in stillness, meditation, connection and wholesome nourishment of self to rest mindfully in winter. Gather with a small group of like-minded people in a mindful way to land deeper in your winter season. You will be welcomed by our fireplace and a nourishing meal. We will practice gentle breath, movement and me ditation to nurture the connection with yourself and your surroundings. And you will have an opportunity to connect in a sharing circle. Nature is now in deep silent rest and coming close to the Winter solstice the opportunity is here to rest and reflect , to pause in the dark and connect to hopeful warmth and light returning. Following our instinct to seek quiet and ‘go within’ allows space for renewal. Gift yourself some quiet time and let go of planning for an evening.
