Guests will kick off the night with a bespoke welcome cocktail before savoring a carefully curated menu featuring the standout dishes and memorable flavors from past events, all elevated by Chef Ken’s signature bold, seasonal cooking style. To complete the immersive dining experience, the tables will showcase stunning handcrafted tableware created by the prestigious ‘MADE in Kilkenny’ craft collective, offering an unforgettable gathering of good people, brilliant craft, and exceptional food that is truly not to be missed.
