Over the past year, Stathams Monthly Supper Club has brought together food lovers, local producers, and craftspeople for sold-out evenings of conversation, collaboration, and flavour. This Savour Kilkenny, we’re bringing it all together.
Led by Chef Ken Harker, savour a bold, seasonal four course tasting menu inspired by the series’ highlights.
Start with a bespoke Stathams Cocktail in partnership with Clonakilty Whiskey and dine surrounded by the beautifully crafted work.
A key feature of the night and now a Savour festival signature, is our collaboration with MADE in Kilkenny. Their beautifully handcrafted tableware and dining pieces will once again elevate the evening, showcasing the skill and creativity of Kilkenny’s finest makers.
