Hosted by Food Designer Clare Anne O’Keefe, this stimulating discussion will explore the powerful intersection between the kitchen and the studio and ask how food has become a modern artistic canvas.
To capture the spirit of the event, you won’t leave empty-handed. Each guest will receive an exclusive set of cocktail recipes created especially for the festival. You can then acquire key local ingredients from our celebrated producers at the Savour Kilkenny Brewers & Distillers Marquee, allowing you to mix your own taste of the salon at home.
