A gold medal award-winning professional chef with a bright personality and a passion for cooking and learning, Daniel has captivated over 300,000 followers on TikTok with his clever food hacks and indulgent comfort food recipes.
A regular on Ireland AM and The Today Show, Daniel has honed his craft in some of Ireland’s top restaurants and published his debut cookbook Lush in 2022. In 2025, Daniel hosted Look Who’s Hangry on RTÉ Player, a wildly entertaining showdown where two creators face off with bizarre food mashups and culinary chaos.
