Two very contrasting events, both facing the common challenge of establishing and funding a whole new country. Michael Collins sold Republican bonds while Joseph Stalin started drafting his five-year plans. What if you were starting a new country today: where would you even start to raise money? Our panel takes us through the fascinating process and the choices that politics forces.
