Prior to taking the reins at Vada, Hannah honed her leadership skills as Head Chef at The Gallery in Galway for a year, where she further developed her signature style. Her foundational experience, however, was forged in the demanding and creative environment of Kai, where she served as Sous Chef alongside the renowned Jess Murphy. This period proved instrumental in shaping her commitment to quality ingredients and responsible kitchen practices.
