Treat yourself to this traditional yoga class.
This class will begin with the OM mantra to bring us together and clear any negative energies that accumulated during the day, then pranayama practices to help warm the body as the weather starts to cool down and we enter Vata season. The asana practice will focus on building strength and flexibility with strong yet slow and grounding flow practices.
Each class will end with a restorative savasanah to promote stability and rest.
Ciara is also an Ayurvedic practitioner and therapist. She provides her students with Ayurvedic tips on how to thrive during the Autumn and Winter seasons during her classes. She also likes to use her massage therapy skills to help her students relax more during savasanah and restorative practices. βΊοΈππ§ββοΈπ§ββοΈβ¨
