Involvement Centre`s are peer-led recovery focused spaces.
Which offer a warm welcoming place in which mental health and addiction challenges are understood to be part of life and are accepted in a non-judgmental way.

Join us on Tuesdays for Arts & Crafts 12 noon to 1pm
Wednesdays for Music Appreciation 10.30am to 12.45pm
Fridays for ‘More than words’ 11am til 12 noon
