LGBTQIA+ Inclusion for Managers, Producers, Leader

Wednesday 15th October 2025
Location: Kilkenny River Court Hotel John Street Upper R95 Y104 Kilkenny
WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
This workshop is aimed specifically at those in team or project manager roles, senior leadership and board members within the arts and creative sectors.

LEARNING OUTCOMES:
Safe to Create is delighted to partner with ShoutOut to deliver this comprehensive workshop designed for Managers, Producers, Leaders, and Board Members.

This empowering session provides practical information, sparks empathy, and builds allyship within our sector (and beyond), helping to create safer, more inclusive workplaces that welcome all identities.

Facilitated by Ruadhán O Críodáin, Director of ShoutOut, the workshop demystifies complex topics, explores terminology, and introduces cultural humility. It enables participants to make well-intentioned choices without fear of “saying the wrong thing,” while providing a safe space to ask questions.

Join the conversation—equip yourself and others with practical tools and clear, factual information to build confidence in supporting peers and colleagues through small but powerful acts of allyship.

This will be an interactive session, with scenario work, discussion, and ample opportunities for Q&A.

In partnership with ShoutOut.
