Let’s gather in the sunrise hours and start our day with intention. A gentle awakening of your breath, body and mind before anything else.
Enjoy a nourishing morning of mindful movement and meditation. You are welcome to stay and connect in the lovely cafe space after and treat yourself to a cuppa.
Starting in honour of the Summer Solstice to celebrate our inner sunshine.
Please bring a yoga mat, anything that keeps you comfy, maybe a notebook and an open heart.
