Mentoring Programme
Ossory Youth’s mentoring programme provides young people with personalised support through a one-to-one relationship with an adult volunteer mentor.
Focused on personal growth and development, the programme offers guidance, positive role modelling, and a non-judgmental, nurturing environment.

Flexible in duration, up to max 12 months, it empowers mentees to explore their strengths and make confident decisions.

Many Mentors meet and have a chat with a young person and a cup of tea, some walk and talk, others support them with specific tasks needed and advocate on their behalf.
