Statham’s January Supper Club welcomes Lamber De Bie, whose journey to Ireland began in 1994 with a plan to stay “for one year.” Ireland soon became home, and Lamber now lives in Kilkenny with his partner Pat, running their business together. With a lifelong love of nature and all living things, Lamber’s story and values have inspired a special menu for the evening—rooted in respect for the land, seasonal produce, and the natural world we share. We look forward to sharing this unique evening with everyone.
