The first weekend of the Festival kicks off in style as Dónal Dineen brings his wildly popular club night to the Set.

Conceived back in 2015 as a place to gather the sounds he was collecting from all over the world, Backstory has since become the stuff of legend, a place for discerning dancers to discover the thrill of new music together on the dance floor.

Packed with incendiary tunes from South America, Africa, the Caribbean and elsewhere, Backstory is the perfect way to get the party started. Bring your dancing shoes!
