Every hour, from 11am – 5pm, a zookeeper at The National Reptile Zoo presents a range of animals to our guests.

This is your opportunity to learn about and even touch one of our incredible creatures! Our knowledgeable keepers will answer your questions and open your eyes to the amazing world of reptiles, amphibians and insects.

July’s theme is Enrichment! Enrichment is the term used to describe the efforts we take to give our animals a varied experience throughout the day.

During our hourly Animal Encounter a keeper will tell you how we feed our animals in creative ways or change up their habitat in order to enrich their lives.

Family Pass (3 people) €43. More than 3? Add up to 5 additional people for €5 each

Child Ticket (3yrs and over): €13.50
OAP/Student: €14.50
SNAs: Complimentary pass when accompanying paying service recipients and with ID card.
