This year, the Taste Stage at Savour Kilkenny champions the theme “Sustainable Food Systems”, bringing together chefs, bakers, writers, and food lovers to celebrate cooking that is mindful, meaningful, and local.
Each chef will champion a Kilkenny food producer and will source at least one-third of their ingredients from within a 20-mile radius of Kilkenny, highlighting the importance of food provenance, community support, and reducing waste, all while sharing delicious recipes, stories, and insights with MC Tracie Daly.
Whether you’re discovering new flavours, learning how to make the most of seasonal produce, or simply soaking up the atmosphere, the Taste Stage promises an unmissable culinary experience for all ages.
Entry is free and seating is limited, so arrive early to catch your favourite chefs in action. Discover how small changes in how we cook, shop, and think about food can make a big impact — for our health, our community, and our planet.
