Ray O’Neill is the owner operator of SLICE, a popular brunch restaurant located in Stoneybatrer Dublin 7. After leaving a life of online advertising behind, Ray trained at Ballymaloe Cookery school in East Cork where he learned invaluable skills and gained a genuine respect for our amazing Irish produce and the source of where it comes from. SLICE was then opened 10 years ago and has gone from strength to strength collaborating with some of the best producers the island has to offer including McNally Family Farm, Gubeen Smokehouse, Hicks Butchers and many more.
