Join artist Julie Moorhouse for this six week Calligraphy course at St. Canice’s Cathedral and Round Tower! Julie will lead participants through the fundamentals of Calligraphy, focusing on the Cathedral’s abundance of typefaces found etched in stone.Particular attention will be paid to The Red Book of Ossory, a 14th century manuscript written by Bishop Ledrede. A facsimile of the Red Book of Ossory will be available for participants to study.
