Located on Mountain View estate, Savour Kilkenny’s first dedicated wellness day invites the whole family to breathe, move, and feast for an incredible cause to aid fund Cois Nore’s new support facility.

Starting at 9:30am, lace up your shoes for the scenic 5km & 3 km charity run or 3 km family walk. Register here.
From 10am, a lively health market opens featuring artisan snacks, natural skincare, eco-fitness gear, pre-loved clothes and fun kids’ activities. Afterward, a range of ticketed events with professionals, unwind with yoga, breath work, sound baths, and nutrition workshops that continue until 4pm.
Take time to unwind, connect, and rejuvenate with our series of wellness workshops and classes throughout the day at Mountain View. Starting at 10:30am, join Michelle for a Morning Yoga Flow to awaken your body and mind. At 11:30am, Roisin will guide you through an Introduction to Breathwork, helping you find calm and balance through mindful breathing techniques. Continue your wellness journey at 12:30pm with Michelle’s Chakra Balancing Flow & Meditation, designed to restore inner harmony. Finally, at 1:30pm, join Jade for Rhythmic Reset, a movement-based session to re-energize your body and lift your spirit.
Chef Ger’s exclusive Savour Your Wellness menu in the Greenhouse keeps energy up with garden-fresh dishes and a fully vegan main course, or pick up some incredible health influenced street food at the market.
Donations from car parking (included in race entry), race entries, and stallholder fees go directly to Cois Nore’s €2 million fundraising effort. This supports the Kilkenny-based centre in providing free counselling, complementary therapies, and group support services to local people facing cancer.
