As the veil thins and we cross the sacred threshold of Samhain, we are invited to turn inward — to honor the closing of the old, our ancestors before us and the unseen.
Together, we will begin with gentle movement to ground and open the body, softening into the wisdom this season brings.

A cacao ritual will guide us into heart-centered presence, offering warmth and clarity as we prepare to meet our shadows. In this potent space, we’ll explore both the dark and golden shadow — the hidden guilt, shame, gifts and forgotten strengths — welcoming them home as part of our wholeness.

We will set our intentions naming our shadows that we are ready to release and we will name our dreams and desires residing in our light that we want to call in. Through a grounding meditation we will plant these intentions deep into the earth, letting them root and rise within us.
