 Spice Of Life LIVE! is the vibrant finale to KCLR’s ten-part radio series celebrating the rich multicultural food scene of Carlow and Kilkenny. Taking place on Bank Holiday Monday, October 27th from 11am to 4pm as part of Savour Kilkenny, this unique event brings radio to life with an irresistible mix of flavour, culture, and community. Across the day, some of the most engaging around each local restaurant or café owner will take to the stage for live cooking demonstrations. From Polish pierogi to Indian curries, from Chinese favourites to Ukrainian specialities, audiences will experience the colours, aromas, and authentic tastes of cuisines from around the world that are available here in Kilkenny all year round! Guided by KCLR’s presenters, the chefs will share stories, tips, and traditions while showing how their dishes are made. Audience members will have the chance to ask questions, discover new techniques and leave inspired to try something new at home.
