Our effortless sound meditation is suitable for beginners and experienced soundbathers alike. Join us to completely unwind, relax, dream and rejuvenate your body, mind and heart. Please remember to bring a warm blanket and a cushion for your comfort. I advise you to wear warm, comfortable, loose clothes.
