Get ready, Kilkenny, Santa Claus is coming to town! 🎄✨
Join us next Saturday (November 29th) as Santa makes his magical arrival to officially launch Yulefest Kilkenny 2025!

Keeping with beloved tradition, Santa will travel by boat along the River Nore, waving to families along the banks before making his way through the city streets. His final stop? The stunning Kilkenny Castle, where he’ll join our special guest @robertgracemusic and his son Lincoln, to switch on the sparkling Christmas tree lights on The Parade Plaza. PLUS — the Yulefest Christmas Market, Live Music Stage and Carousel opens its doors for the festive season! Explore magical wooden huts filled with delicious seasonal treats, handmade crafts, gifts, and more.

🎶 Festivities kick off at 11am with the opening of the Yulefest Market and Yulefest Live Music Stage from 12 noon.
🚴‍♀️From 12pm gather for the City Social Cycle on The Parade.
🎅Join us at Canal Square from 2pm with live music, festive entertainment, and plenty of Christmas cheer as we welcome Santa!
🚲Cycle with Santa around the city at 2:30 (Pre-Registration required)
🎄 At 5pm, Santa will light up the city as he turns on the Christmas lights and officially opens Yulefest 2025.
🎸 Yulefest Market and Live Music Stage every evening until 8pm!

Bring the whole family, gather your friends, and welcome the man in red as Kilkenny transforms into a winter wonderland. You might even get the chance to grab a festive photo with Santa himself! 📸🎅
