Come together with family and friends and watch as we light up the skies over Kilkenny Castle Park. Purchase a ticket to take in the creative display from a prime viewing spot in the Castle Park. Bring a warm coat and hat and feel the Christmas excitement as we light up the Kilkenny sky! In the stunning setting of Kilkenny Castle Park, the people of Kilkenny can expect approx 10 minutes of truly spectacular art in the sky using fireworks. With a mixture of 75mm –100 mm Peony, Chrysanthemum, and Dahlia shells coupled with a base layer of 30mm – 49mm Multi Shot Barrages and Roman candles, Yulefest Kilkenny promises a visual aerial feast for all to enjoy! Using only the best quality fireworks, that are chosen for their vibrant colours and lasting magical effects, this show is uniquely designed to give the best possible experience to our Kilkenny audience. There will be additional entertainment in the lead up to the Fireworks. Location: Kilkenny Castle Park (enter from Castle Road only) Gates open at 5.45pm. Gates close at 6.25pm. Show begins at 6.30pm. Show will last approx 10mins. Please note: Pets are not permitted to attend this event. There will be no toilet facilities at the venue. This is an outdoor event, please dress for the weather.
