Lend a hand at The National Reptile Zoo this month! Many hands make light work, so to highlight the impact of citizen science, we invite you to assist us with a few tasks at the zoo. Join our keepers at one of our hourly Animal Encounters, and you could have the opportunity to help measure or weigh our animals, learn what to monitor to ensure their health, and even assist in studying how they react to different forms of enrichment—such as hiding food or adding novel objects like balls to their habitats. We believe everyone should have the chance to experience being a scientist! No booking required.
