Hermitage Green celebrate 15 years with landmark shows, platinum sales and international touring
Over the past year, Hermitage Green have been celebrating 15 years together, marking the milestone with some of the biggest achievements of their career to date. The Limerick band reached Platinum status with Quicksand and Gold status with Jenny, while continuing to cement their reputation as one of Ireland’s most distinctive and enduring live acts.
Recent live highlights include closing the Rankin Woods Stage at Electric Picnic and celebrating a remarkable sixth sold-out headline show at King John’s Castle in their hometown of Limerick City. The anniversary period has also seen the band maintain a busy international touring schedule, with performances across Ireland, the United States, Canada and the Middle East.
Their most recent album, Connection, saw Hermitage Green expand their creative world through collaborations with acclaimed author Gregory David Roberts (Shantaram) and multimedia artist Bobby Fingers. Praised for its storytelling, emotional depth and renewed sonic ambition, the record took the band on a nationwide Irish tour, culminating in a major show at Dublin’s Olympia Theatre, alongside an extensive programme of international touring.
This winter, Hermitage Green will return to the road for another nationwide Irish tour, including a hometown show at the Limerick Spiegeltent, a return to the Set Theatre in Kilkenny, and a record-breaking run of shows at St Luke’s in Cork, continuing a long-standing Christmas tradition with their audiences around the country.
Please note: this is a standing show with limited seating available upstairs.
