Adapted Cycling for adults with additional needs resumes on Monday, January 13th at the Watershed and will run for 12 weeks. Our tutor will set you up with a bike. The activity takes place on the athletics track in the Watershed – just pay €3.85 at reception and head to our bike shed on the track. Give it a go – also option to walk in a safe environment and be part of a fun activity with others. All welcome.
