HCAP Training Workshop, Saturday 2nd March 2024

IFA Countryside offers its members another opportunity to avail of subsidised participation in approved deer stalking training and certification, in partnership with and facilitated by Deer Alliance HCAP and subsidised by IFA Farm Business Skillnet for IFA Countryside members.
Certification is now mandatory for all first-time applicants for a Deer Hunting Licence (DHL) intending to hunt on either Coillte forest property or on private land, and Deer Alliance HCAP is fully approved by the National Parks & Wildlife Service for this purpose.
HCAP Course (Workshop and MCQ) will take place on Saturday 2nd March 2024, 10.00 to 5.00 p.m. at the Woodford Dolmen Hotel, Kilkenny Road, Carlow, Co Carlow, R93 N207.
The Range Test for successful candidates from this MCQ will take place at the Midland Range, Blue Ball, Tullamore, Co. Offaly on Saturday 9th March 2024.
