Jan Kealy is a seasoned alternative folk rock artist whose musical journey has spanned decades and evolved through personal and artistic growth.
Originally making her mark in the late 1990s as the lead singer and songwriter for the rock band Kaydee, Jan signed with EMI Ireland, capturing the attention of audiences with her evocative lyrics and compelling vocal melodies.
After a successful run with Kaydee, she took a hiatus from the music scene, however, her passion for songwriting and performing never dimmed and
Jan re-emerged as a solo artist, reclaiming her musical voice under her first name. Jan has built up a new collection of beautiful songs which she is excited to showcase.
Expanding her sound, Jan has incorporated a full band to her upcoming live performances, elevating her songs to new and dynamic heights.
Currently, she is hard at work preparing for her anticipated new album, with plans to release her single “The World’s Our Oyster” in Autumn 2026.
