Women’s Circle – Castlecomer. Wed, 13 December 2024 at 7pm (2 Hours)

Join me in the stunning Aanahata Yoga Centre, Castlecomer Discovery Park on 13 December for a beautiful evening of meditation, shamanic journey, energy healing, crystal healing, embodiment exercises and sound healing.

During the month of December when you are expected to give so much of your self, it is so important, now more than ever, to take the time out to take care of yourself.

The evening will be really focused on nourishing and nurturing the light within which also includes setting boundaries and protecting your energies.

As with the November circle, to honor the turn of the medicine wheel and the darker nights, the Circle will be held by candle light which just enhances the already beautiful energies of this fabulous space.

I’m fortunate enough to say that these monthly circles book out very quickly so make sure you get in early to avoid disappointment.
