Join Molly Aitken, prize winning novelist of Bright I Burn and Island Child with a PhD in Creative Writing and History for a 2 hour workshop on writing historical fiction. Open to anyone with an interest in writing about the past, you’ll consider how material culture, the archives as well as the study of emotions and the senses can help in writing compelling fiction set in the past.
