Philip Selway

Friday 11th August 2023
Location: St Canice’s Cathedral
Philip Selway may be best-known as the multi-talented drummer in Radiohead but, like his bandmates, he has spread his wings in recent years. A multi-talented composer, singer and performer, he’s scored soundtracks for film and dance projects and released a string of well-received albums that blend everything from contemporary classical music to electronica.

His latest album, Strange Dance, is a collection of intimate songs wrapped around his mellow voice, and St Canice’s is the perfect setting for Selway’s rich orchestral soundscapes. Joined by a stellar cast of musicians including Adrian Utley, Quinta, Chris Vatalaro, Laura Moody and the ICO, Selway shows just why he deserves to take centre stage.
